Kirmin Sidhu

Kirmin is passionate in helping shape communities that people actually want to live in and believe community engagement is a really critical aspect of delivering such outcomes.

She is currently studying urban planning and has a strong passion for gaining practical experience in the field, particularly through engaging directly with local communities. This drive her to discover Conversation Caravan, where she is now actively involved in a range of state and local government projects.

With a particular interest in council community visions, Kirmin is excited about contributing to projects that foster long-term change across multiple interacting elements. The opportunity to work across various council areas and hear diverse experiences further fuels their enthusiasm for shaping vibrant, liveable communities.

Outside of work, Kirmin enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
