Tania Struzina

Tania is a dedicated environmental education and community engagement professional with over 15 years of experience working with Victorian local government, universities, and not-for-profit organisations. 

Tania has extensive experience in sustainability programs, having worked with Clearwater Sustainable Stormwater program at Melbourne Water, the ECO-Buy Victorian Local Government Purchasing program at MAV, Melbourne University Sustainable Society Institute, and RMIT Campus Sustainability.

She is passionate about projects that promote environmental awareness and facilitate improved community outcomes, with particular interest in engaging diverse stakeholders across different age groups and cultural perspectives.

Beyond her professional work, Tania is actively involved in circular economy initiatives such as Darebin Hard Rubbish Hero's, runs community green cleaning and sustainable purchasing workshops, and facilitates climate conversation sessions.
